The home inspection profession is an unregulated industry, except in British Columbia and Alberta, making your choice of a home and property inspector more difficult.  Fortunately, there are two home and property inspections associations that Ontarians can rely on to oversee that inspectors are qualified, meeting the requirements of provincial/regional associations allowed to use the term “Registered Home Inspector” or “RHI”.
